Divinity amongst Mankind

Episode 7 Review: "Wingman"

Marlotte:

"I liked it that Chloe and Lucifer both had their own separate case this time. This changed up the classic structure of the episodes a bit. Also, the storyline of the wings and the effect that the wings have on people was intriguing."

8/10

Jacob:

“Another great episode. So happy to see the show getting as good as it is. I thought I wouldn’t, but I really did enjoy the split paths of Chloe and Lucifer, both individual stories were great. Obviously the acting hasn’t gotten better but after 7 episodes, I expected that.  Looking forward to what’s to come."

8/10

Carayan:

"Another great episode following Episode 6. I felt the split in paths in this episode between Chloe and Lucifer was great. Being able to see more of the things mentioned when it came to Chloe, how she looks to solve the case of a corrupt police officer who was shot. Lucifer as well hunting for his missing item, his connection to his biblical past life was fantastic and showed him evolving more and more away from his devil personality. Although the ending with Mazikeen definitely raised an eyebrow. Talk about foreshadowing!"

8/10

Michael:

"Divinity and Mankind. This episode carried greater meaning for me, with Lucifer turning his back on divinity and man being blinded by it. The divide in this episode with Chloe and Lucifer each being different tasks made for a more in depth look at just who each of them really are, allowing for further character development. We also got a glimpse of Amenadiel's involvement in the greater picture. Mazikeen's two-faced behaviour leaves the door open for exciting things to come."

8/10

Overall: 8/10 (Look at that! Four 8's, we all agree for a change!)
